Product Questions 

Where are Smart Skin products made?
All Smart Skin formulas are made in the UK, using COSMOS certified, ethical and responsible factories.

Are Smart Skin formulas Vegan?
Yes! Always. 

Are Smart Skin formulas natural?
All Smart Skin formulas are between 95-100% natural, the other 5% are ingredients that we included to ensure the efficacy of our products stood up against other products on the market.   

Is the packaging recyclable?
98% of it is and we’re working on the last 2%. 
 

Will there be other products coming soon?
We love hearing your feedback, ideas and comments around future products. We’re already working on lots more exciting products that we can’t wait to involve you in. Keep an eye out on our website and social media for details.

 

Making Orders & Payments

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been made. Please take extra care when entering your address and completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter, and you will be responsible for retrieving the order. If your order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. You will then need to create a new order.

Can I change my delivery address?
We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made.

Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
For your security we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to.

Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately we will not be able to make any amendments to your order after your order has been made. Please double check the items when completing your order. If you no longer want your products after you have ordered them, please return them to us unopened following our Returns guidance.

My card keeps getting declined?
In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment.

This is because they may not recognise the influencer's domain. Try using a new card or ring your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.

My product is faulty?
Smart Skin endeavours to manufacture all products to the highest of standards. Your items may have minimal natural wear and tear from the manufacturing process.

Each item is quality checked prior to shipping and handled with love and care along the way to your door. If your product is faulty, please go to the Contact Us page, raise a ticket and a representative will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify the situation. 

 

Shipping

Please check your Junk/Spam for shipping emails (search Smart Skin).

Please note: All deliveries are handled by third party couriers. Therefore, all times given are estimated delivery times. There is a chance that your delivery may arrive earlier or later than specified.

Our warehouse distribution team endeavour to process all orders with items out for delivery within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

You will be sent an email when your order is dispatched.
