This Valentine’s Day, we’re talking all things self-love. Now more than ever, we’ve realised how important it is to keep in touch with ourselves and our overall wellbeing and happiness. Besides, the longest relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself – so it’s vital to look after number one!

Keeping a gratitude journal
Writing down something that you are grateful for everyday allows you to focus on the positives, boosting optimism and well-being.
Connecting with loved ones
Whilst it’s still difficult to physically see our friends and family, sometimes picking up the phone for a Zoom or FaceTime will not only boost your happiness, but it’ll boost theirs too!
An at-home pamper session
One of our favourite things to do here at Smart Skin is a good pamper night. After massaging our Miracle Meta Mask on with your fingers, leave it to work its magic whilst soaking in a candle-lit bubble bath for the ultimate self-care session.
Getting some fresh air
Those daily walks have never been so important for our mental wellbeing. Treat yourself to a drink from your favourite coffee shop and go get some fresh air – the more oxygen you breathe in boosts the levels of serotonin in your body!
Food and drink
Fill your body with the types of food and drink that will keep you nourished and hydrated - especially drinking lots of water!
